切实做好高校党组织书记抓基层党建工作述职评议考核工作

【摘要】：正中央决定,从今年开始,每年开展一次市县乡三级党委书记述职评议考核,这是推动党要管党、从严治党新常态的新举措,也是落实基层党建工作责任制的有力抓手。近日,中组部、教育部党组已在5所中管高校开展院系级单位党组织书记抓基层党建工作述职评议试点工作,今后将逐步推开。各地各高校要从严落实中央部署要求,以述职评议强化党建工作责任,推动高校基层党建工作。突出述职重点。院系级党组织书记述职内容包括:一是履行第一责任人职责,研究部署本单位党建
[Abstract]:The Central Committee has decided that, starting this year, the secretaries of the city, county, and township party committees will conduct an annual review and examination of their duties. This is a new measure to push the party to manage the party and strictly administer the new normal of the party, and is also a powerful means to implement the responsibility system for party building at the grass-roots level. Recently, the CPC Central Organizing Department and the Ministry of Education Party Group have launched a pilot project in five colleges and universities for party organization secretaries of faculties and departments to pay attention to party building work at the grass-roots level and to comment on their duties, and will gradually push it forward in the future. Colleges and universities in various localities and colleges should strictly implement the requirements of central arrangements, strengthen party building responsibilities and promote Party building work at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.
