【摘要】：群众路线包含着马克思主义的核心内容及其丰富的基本原理,是我们党根本的政治路线、组织路线和根本的工作方法,也是党的三大作风内容之一,被识为关系着党和国家生死存亡、事业成败的生命线。因此,从马克思主义视域下研究群众路线蕴意,对于深刻认识理解、自觉实际运用群众路线具有特别重要的意义。群众路线并非是我们党主观臆想的产物,而是对自身乃至全人类实践经验的深刻总结及优秀思想成果的汲取,其中包括中、西方历史上相关群众路线的思想意识,尤其是马克思主义传入中国对于党的群众路线的形成起到了最为关键的作用,它是马克思主义与中国实际相结合的产物,是马克思主义中国化的理论成果,并被我们党逐步把这一理论成果的基本内容概括为:“一切为了群众,一切依靠群众;从群众中来到群众中去。”由于这一理论成果符合人类社会认识与实践的发展规律,因此拥有科学性和与时俱进的理论品质,在实践中具有无限发展与常新的拓展空间。群众路线之所以是我们党的生命线,就在于它是我们党的政治路线,即群众的利益高于一切,为人民群众谋取根本利益是党唯一的价值所在,全心全意为人民服务是党的唯一宗旨,因此群众的根本利益就是党的最大政治,群众的拥护是党力量的源泉;群众路线是我们党的组织路线,即党的干部来源于群众受群众监督,群众拥护与否是评价党员和干部的唯一标准,只有发动群众监督党的干部,他们才不能腐、不敢腐、不想腐,才不懈怠。群众路线是我们党的根本工作方法,即到群众中去调查研究,倾听群众的意见和呼声,宣传群众、动员群众和组织群众,从群众中来到群众中去,把党的路线方针政策变成群众改天换地的实际行动。群众路线赋予中国永续发展的动力。群众路线体现了中国发展的时代性,群众路线自从确立那天起,它就发挥着时代赋予的历史使命,完成着不同的历史任务;群众路线把握了中国发展的规律性,群众是社会的主体,是推动历史发展的决定力量,中国广大群众的意志和愿望代表着中国发展的大趋势,他们的实践过程体现着中国发展的规律性;群众路线富于了中国发展的创造性;历史是人民群众创造的,而群众路线将人民群众的创造热情不仅能够调起来,而且能保持长久不衰并发挥到极致,改革开放以来的中国特色社会建设实践所取得的巨大成就就充分证明了这一点。
[Abstract]:The mass line contains the core content of Marxism and its rich basic principles. It is our party's fundamental political line, organizational line and fundamental working methods, and is also one of the three major work styles of the Party. Be recognized as the lifeline of the life and death of the Party and the country, the cause of success or failure. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the implication of mass line from the perspective of Marxism for deep understanding and conscious application of mass line. The mass line is not the product of our party's subjective imagination, but a profound summary of the practical experience of itself and of mankind as a whole and the absorption of outstanding ideological achievements, including the ideological consciousness of the mass line in the history of China and the West. In particular, the introduction of Marxism into China has played a key role in the formation of the mass line of the Party. It is the product of the combination of Marxism and the reality of China and the theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism. Our party has gradually summed up the basic content of this theoretical achievement as: "everything for the masses, all rely on the masses; from the masses to the masses." Because this theoretical achievement accords with the development law of human society's cognition and practice, it has the theoretical quality of scientific and keeping pace with the times, and has infinite development and new expanding space in practice. The reason why the mass line is the lifeline of our party is that it is our party's political line, that is, the interests of the masses are above all, and the pursuit of fundamental interests for the masses is the only value of the Party. Serving the people wholeheartedly is the only purpose of the Party, so the fundamental interests of the masses are the greatest political of the Party, the support of the masses is the source of the party's strength, and the mass line is the organizational line of our party. That is to say, the Party cadres come from the masses being supervised by the masses, and whether the masses support them or not is the only criterion for evaluating party members and cadres. Only when the masses are mobilized to supervise the Party cadres can they not corrupt, dare not corrupt, do not want to corrupt, and do not slacken off. The mass line is our party's fundamental method of work, that is, to investigate and study among the masses, to listen to their opinions and voices, to propagate the masses, to mobilize and organize the masses, and to come to the masses from among them. Turn the Party's line, principles, and policies into practical actions by the masses to change their ways. The mass line gives China an impetus for sustainable development. The mass line reflects the epoch nature of China's development. Since its establishment, the mass line has played the historical mission entrusted by the times and completed different historical tasks; the mass line has grasped the regularity of China's development. The masses are the main body of the society and the decisive force to promote the development of history. The will and desire of the masses in China represent the general trend of the development of China, and their practice process embodies the regularity of the development of China. The mass line is rich in the creativity of China's development; history has been created by the masses of the people, and the mass line has not only been able to mobilize the enthusiasm of the masses for their creation, but has also been able to maintain its long-term existence and bring it to its extreme. The great achievements in the practice of social construction with Chinese characteristics since the reform and opening up have fully proved this point.
