【摘要】：正党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央坚定推进全面从严治党,对纪检工作提出一系列新观点、新部署、新举措,概括起来就是,聚焦监督、执纪、问责。这也是对高校纪委职责的准确定位。近年来,高校纪委不断提高履职能力,较好地发挥了应有的作用。但面对新形势、新情况、新要求,高校纪检工作在工作理念、功能定位、履职尽责、工作机制、工作方法等方面依然存在着一些理论和实践问题,亟待破解予以解决。当前高校纪检工作存在的问题
