【摘要】：正相持阶段到来后,中共敌后根据地面对日军武力"清剿",生存困难。中共开展政治、社会、经济的全方位抵抗,与日军周旋。由于在军事上居于劣势,要想"拿大兵力把敌人打垮打开局面,是不可能的",维持相持的平衡局面,是中共这一阶段的目标;而作为相对强势的一方,日军要想彻底消灭自身控制区域里的中共武装,改变这种平衡关系,也无法实现。这种状况形成了一种看起来摇摇欲坠却又坚持不倒的平衡,是为"弱平衡"。看起来是强弱分明的不对等均衡,现实中却又意外地坚韧。这种弱平衡状态的形成和延续,除了中共的努力
