廉政新常态下派驻纪检组织架构与职能创新探究

【摘要】：正习近平总书记在中纪委五中全会上明确提出了"坚持无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍,严肃查处腐败分子,着力营造不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐的政治氛围"。最近,中央纪委向中央办公厅、中央组织部、中央宣传部、中央统战部、全国人大机关、国务院办公厅、全国政协机关分别派驻了纪检组,为实现派驻全覆盖迈出了重要一步。那么,作为地方各级纪委如何实现纪检监察工作全覆盖,向各级党政机关派驻纪检组织呢?笔者结
