关于党内政治文化建设若干问题的思考

【摘要】：党内政治文化建设并不是一个纯理论问题,而是一个兼具理论性与实践性的问题,在某种意义上实践性色彩甚至更浓厚。丰富多彩的党内政治文化现象和日新月异的党内政治文化实践在根本上都受到"什么是党内政治文化,怎样建设党内政治文化"这个党内政治文化基本问题的制约。围绕加强党内政治文化建设这一重大任务回答关于党内政治文化建设的若干问题,就是在马克思主义文化观的指导下,通过考察党内政治文化的地位与结构层次和党内政治文化建设的方向方针与目标,为科学揭示党内政治文化建设的现实路径、着力避免党内政治文化建设的潜在误区提出科学化的理论建议。
[Abstract]:The construction of inner-party political culture is not a pure theoretical problem, but a theoretical and practical issue, which is even more practical in a sense. The rich and colorful phenomenon of inner-party political culture and the ever-changing practice of inner-party political culture are fundamentally restricted by the basic question of "what is inner-party political culture and how to build inner-party political culture". Focusing on the important task of strengthening the construction of inner-party political culture, we should answer a number of questions about the construction of inner-party political culture, that is, under the guidance of Marxist cultural view, By investigating the position and structure of inner-party political culture and the orientation, policy and goal of inner-party political and cultural construction, this paper tries to reveal the realistic path of inner-party political and cultural construction scientifically. To avoid the potential misunderstanding of political and cultural construction within the party and put forward scientific theoretical suggestions.
