【摘要】：国有企业经济效益和资产原值发生腐败性流失的原因很多,其中最主要的原因是:用人不公、用人腐败、国企负责人权力过于集中,对国企负责人的监督和约束失效,在公私交易领域中私企、民企非法交易成本的支出等。
[Abstract]:There are many reasons for the corrupt loss of economic benefits and original value of assets in state-owned enterprises. The main reasons are: unfair employment, corruption in employing personnel, excessive concentration of power in charge of state-owned enterprises, and invalidation of supervision and restraint on the responsible persons of state-owned enterprises. In the field of public-private transactions, private enterprises, private enterprises illegal transaction costs and so on.
