中层干部之间缘何多结怨

【摘要】:正中层干部作为一个单位的"中坚力量"和"中流砥柱",是推动事业发展的重要支撑和党政领导干部的重要后备力量。如果中层干部能够精诚团结、同心同德、同频同力,单位人心就齐,事业发展就好;如果中层干部之间不团结,互相拆台、互相结怨,单位人员之间就会猜忌较多,互相提防、一盘散沙,单位事业发展就会受阻。但由于多种原因,中层干部之间往往恩怨情仇较多。那么,中层干部之间缘何多结怨呢?一、上级的原因——对"怨"重视不够,因"失"积怨一是因判断失误积怨。有的领导认为,中层之间有矛盾,既在所难
