善用“四种形态”提升基层纪委监督执纪水平

【摘要】：15年的9月份,王岐山书记在福建调研时,对目前纪委监督工作作出强调:要用好且把握好目前监督执纪"四种形态",依靠我党严明的制度去治理我党腐败现象,全面推进治理进程。"四种形态"体现了党中央对管党治党规律的深刻把握,为把纪律和规矩挺在前面提供了实现路径。文章针对目前基层纪检监察部门依靠"四种形态"达到监督执纪水平的提升,谈一下几点思考和认识。
[Abstract]:In September of 15 years, Secretary Wang Qishan made an emphasis on the supervision work of the present commission in Fujian when he studied the current supervision work of the Discipline Committee: to make good use of the four forms of supervision and discipline at present, to govern the corruption of our party by our strict party system and to promote the process of governance in an all-round way. The "four forms" embodies the Party Central Committee's profound grasp of the rule of governing the party by the party. Discipline and rules provide a way to realize it. The article aims at improving the level of supervision and discipline on the basis of "four forms" at the present grass-roots discipline inspection and supervision department.
