十八大以来习近平关于党的意识形态建设思想研究

【摘要】：意识形态建设对于政党生存和发展至关重要,可以维护政党执政的合法性,凝聚社会民众的共同意志,建立政党执政的理性权威。中国共产党历来高度重视和善于做好思想宣传工作和意识形态建设,这是中国共产党成为领导核心、带领人民取得胜利的宝贵经验,也是中国共产党保持生命力的关键所在。党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央从中国特色社会主义事业的大局出发,立足于世情、国情、党情的深刻发展变化,在长期的理论工作和实践探索中进行经验总结和理论创新,形成了特征鲜明、内涵丰富的意识形态建设思想。习近平关于党的意识形态建设思想吸收和借鉴了马克思主义政党意识形态理论的精髓,是中国共产党对新形势下意识形态发展规律的深刻总结。国际环境的变化与西方意识形态的渗透,国内各种社会思潮的冲击,党内马克思主义信仰的缺失,网络技术进步对意识形态安全的挑战,这些都对我国主流意识形态建设带来了威胁。面对我国意识形态领域日益复杂的发展态势,习近平明确了新形势下意识形态工作具有极端重要的地位,强调社会主义意识形态建设要坚持党性和人民性的一致、统一,坚持意识形态领域的“两个巩固”,即巩固马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,巩固全党各族人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础。他指出我们要时刻警惕新形势下党的意识形态安全遇到的显性冲击和潜在危害,同时及时作出修正与调适,创新意识形态的教育方式和宣传方式。习近平党的意识形态建设思想蕴含的一系列新思想、新理念和新举措,为新时期做好意识形态工作提供了基本遵循,对加强中国特色社会主义意识形态工作具有重要意义,它是习近平治国理政思想体系中的主要内容,是执政党建设基础上的理论总结,丰富了马克思主义执政党建设学说,是完善中国特色社会主义以实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的思想保证。

Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Xi Jinping as its general secretary, has proceeded from the overall situation of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and has based itself on the profound development and changes of world conditions, national conditions, and party feelings. In the long period of theoretical work and practical exploration, the ideology construction thought with distinctive characteristics and rich connotation has been formed by summing up experience and theoretical innovation. Xi Jinping's thought on Party ideology construction absorbs and draws lessons from the essence of Marxist Party ideology theory, and is a profound summary of the law of ideology development under the new situation by the Communist Party of China. The changes in the international environment and the infiltration of western ideology, the impact of various social trends of thought in China, the lack of Marxist belief within the Party, the challenges posed by the progress of network technology to ideological security, These all brought the threat to our country mainstream ideology construction. In the face of the increasingly complex development situation in the ideological field of our country, Xi Jinping has made clear the extremely important position of ideological work in the new situation, stressing that the socialist ideological construction should adhere to the unity of the Party spirit and the people's character.
