万达集团开创党建与企业发展双赢格局

【摘要】：万达集团坚持"企业发展到哪里,党组织就建到哪里,党的工作就开展到哪里"的原则,保证党的建设与企业发展相融合,保证党的组织与党的工作"双覆盖"。在党建工作中形成了独具特色的"13551"党建管理体系,为探索中国民企党建之路做出了积极贡献。
