[Abstract]:On October 18-24, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held in Beijing. On behalf of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, delivered a report entitled "decisive victory in building a well-off society in an all-round way to win the great victory of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era". The report of the Nineteenth National Congress made a major political conclusion that socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era, profoundly expounded the historical mission of the Communist Party of China in the new era, determined to make a decisive effort to build a well-off society in an all-round way, and opened an all-round way.
