新形势下新疆高校大学生党建工作的现状与对策研究

【摘要】：培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人是高校大学生党建工作的根本任务。随着国内外形势的不断变化与信息网络化的不断发展,如何培育出能够在复杂多变的社会思潮中,坚定政治立场并成为德才兼备的高素质青年人才,对我国实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重大意义。改革开放以来,高校大学生党建工作有长足的发展,但仍然存在一些问题亟待解决。如何顺应新形势的发展变化,探求能够解决新疆高校大学生党建工作问题的有效对策至关重要。本文主要围绕全国第23次高校党建工作会议、党的十八届六中全会关于高校党建的最新最全面的表述,从新疆高校大学生党建工作的内涵入手,然后对新疆高校大学生党建工作的现状开展调研分析,论文总共分为四个部分:第一部分:引言部分,简述研究背景、研究意义、国内外研究现状、研究方法、重难点与创新点等;第二部分:主要归纳高校大学生党建的基本内容与加强新疆高校大学生党建工作的重要意义;第三部分:采取实地调研和访谈两种方式对新形势下新疆五所高校大学生党建工作的现状进行调研,主要是对新疆高校大学生的党员与非党员发放调查问卷、借参与自治区高校党支部书记培训班之际与部分高校党支部书记进行访谈,从中获得研究素材,在调研中总结出新疆高校大学生党建工作的成绩以及存在的问题;第四部分:根据发现的问题提出更有针对性的加强新疆高校大学生党建工作的对策建议:1.创新党建理念,丰富思想教育的内容;2.加强组织建设,拓宽党建工作载体;3.加强作风建设,提高人员素质;4.加强制度建设,建立党建长效机制。
[Abstract]:Cultivating qualified constructors and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the fundamental task of college students' party building. With the constant changes of the situation at home and abroad and the continuous development of information network, how to cultivate young talents with high quality, who can strengthen their political stand and become both virtuous and talented in the complex and changeable social trend of thought, It is of great significance to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in our country. Since the reform and opening up, the party building of college students has made great progress, but there are still some problems to be solved. How to adapt to the development and change of the new situation, it is very important to explore the effective countermeasures to solve the problem of the party building of university students in Xinjiang. This paper mainly focuses on the 23rd National Conference on Party Building in Colleges and Universities, the latest and most comprehensive statement of the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee on the Party building in colleges and universities, starting with the connotation of the Party building work for college students in Xinjiang. The thesis is divided into four parts: the first part: the introduction, the research background, the significance of the research, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research methods. The second part mainly summarizes the basic contents of college students' party building and the significance of strengthening the work of Xinjiang university students' party building. The third part: adopting the field investigation and interview to investigate the current situation of the party building work of the college students in five universities in Xinjiang under the new situation, mainly distributing the questionnaire to the party members and non-party members of the university students in Xinjiang. By taking part in the training course of the Party branch secretaries of the autonomous region colleges and universities, we can interview the party secretaries of some colleges and universities, and obtain the research materials from which we can find out the achievements and problems of the party building work of the college students in Xinjiang. The fourth part: according to the discovered problems, put forward more targeted countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the party building work of university students in Xinjiang. Innovate the concept of party building, enrich the content of ideological education. Strengthen the organization construction, widen the carrier of the party building work. Strengthen the construction of style, improve the quality of personnel. Strengthen system construction, establish the long-term effect mechanism of party building.
