大数据时代以信息化推动非公企业服务型党组织建设对策研究

【摘要】：在大数据时代,信息的传播和接收更加快捷,信息交流与共享变得无障碍,为非公企业党组织利用信息化条件,创新发展理念、破解发展难题开辟了新的空间和渠道,也给非公有制服务型党组织建设带来不少问题和挑战。本课题组通过实地调研,对国内非公企业以信息化建设推动服务型党组织建设的现状、存在的问题与挑战进行了深入分析,并在此基础上,提出了非公有制企业党组织适应信息化发展的要求,结合非公有制企业党建工作和非公企业群众工作特点,强化服务职能,拓展载体平台,提高服务能力,完善保障机制,进一步创新和增强非公有制企业服务型党组织建设活力的对策建议。
[Abstract]:In the era of big data, the dissemination and reception of information become faster, and information exchange and sharing become barrier-free, which opens up new space and channels for the party organizations of non-public enterprises to make use of the conditions of information, to innovate the concept of development, and to solve the difficult problems of development. It also brings many problems and challenges to the construction of non-public-owned service-oriented party organizations. Through the field investigation, the present situation, existing problems and challenges of promoting service-oriented party organization construction by non-public enterprises in China are analyzed, and on the basis of this, The paper puts forward that the party organizations of non-public enterprises should adapt to the requirements of the development of informatization, combine the characteristics of the party building work of non-public enterprises and the mass work of non-public enterprises, strengthen the service function, expand the carrier platform, improve the service ability, and perfect the guarantee mechanism. Countermeasures and suggestions for further innovation and enhancement of the vitality of service-oriented party organizations in non-public-owned enterprises.
