关于抓党建促脱贫攻坚问题研究——以淄博市为例

【摘要】：推进脱贫攻坚工作,是党中央实现全面建成小康社会战略目标的重要举措,也是推进新时期党的建设工作的有力抓手。淄博市作为全国6个扶贫改革试验区之一,研究该市在脱贫攻坚工作方面的相关情况有一定的借鉴意义。本文通过相关实地调研,从提高党员认识、有效科学规划、创新扶贫模式、完善工作保障、强化组织建设等五个方面,提出了探索抓党建促脱贫的创新模式,期望在切实发挥党的组织优势,促进脱贫工作顺利开展的工作中能有一定的启发作用。
[Abstract]:It is an important measure for the CPC Central Committee to realize the strategic goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way, and is also a powerful hand in pushing forward the Party building in the new period. Zibo City is one of the six poverty alleviation reform experimental areas in China. Through the relevant field investigation, this paper puts forward the innovative mode of promoting the Party building to extricate poverty from the five aspects of improving the Party members' understanding, effective scientific planning, innovating the poverty alleviation model, perfecting the job security, strengthening the organization construction, etc. It is hoped that the work of giving full play to the organizational advantages of the Party and promoting the smooth development of the work of poverty eradication will have a certain enlightening effect.
