【摘要】:正近年来,我国学者对省部级领导干部的研究主要集中在以下几个方面:一是从专业背景、个人履历等方面研究省部级领导干部学历对日后从政的影响,深入分析其成长路径和施政风格;二是省部级领导干部升迁的影响因素分析,将我国正部级领导干部的升迁因素总结为党派因素、学历因素、经历因素和籍贯因素;三是省部级领导干部平均任职年限及晋升时间的研究,通过领导干部任职总单位数、总岗位数、年龄界限和平级调动岗位数四个方面分析领导干部如何较快晋升到正部级;四是
[Abstract]:In recent years, Chinese scholars' research on provincial and ministerial level leading cadres has mainly focused on the following aspects: first, from the aspects of professional background, personal experience, and so on, we have studied the influence of provincial and ministerial level leading cadres' academic qualifications on their future political career. Deeply analyze its growth path and administrative style; Secondly, the factors influencing the promotion of provincial and ministerial leading cadres are analyzed, and the promotion factors of the leading cadres at the ministerial level in China are summarized as party factors, educational background factors, experience factors and local factors. Third, the study of the average number of years of service and the time of promotion of provincial and ministerial level leading cadres, through the total number of units, the total number of posts, the age limit and the number of posts transferred to the level of equality, the paper analyzes how the leading cadres can be promoted to the full ministerial level quickly; fourth,
