轮岗培养:年轻干部同质化竞争调控策略分析

【摘要】:正干部选拔任用过程中,各方面素质大体相同的年轻干部可能会面临同质化竞争,进而出现恶性竞争局面。轮岗培养恰恰可以为具有不同潜质的年轻干部提供多职位锻炼机会,并通过打造同心圆锻炼模式和提供持续学习机会,促进年轻干部差异化发展,从而规避同质化竞争可能带来的负效应。由此,本文着眼于轮岗培养的有效设计,力图实现对年轻干部的分流培养,消除同质化竞争的不良影响,锻造一支高素质、高水平、高能力的年轻干部队伍。一、轮岗培养拓宽年轻干部同质化竞争空间
[Abstract]:In the process of selecting and appointing cadres, young cadres with the same quality in all aspects may face the competition of homogeneity, and then there will be vicious competition. Rotation training can precisely provide multi-position training opportunities for young cadres with different potentials, and promote the differentiated development of young cadres by creating concentric exercise models and providing continuous learning opportunities. In order to avoid the negative effect that homogenization competition may bring. Therefore, this paper focuses on the effective design of rotation training, tries to achieve the training of young cadres, eliminate the adverse effects of homogeneity competition, and forge a high-quality, high-level and high-ability young cadres. First, rotation training should broaden the competitive space for young cadres to be homogenous.
