中国共产党党内政治文化建设的历史演变

【摘要】：习近平同志在党的十八届六中全会上指出,要注重加强党内政治文化建设,不断培厚良好政治生态的土壤。一个社会的政治发展和政治进步总是与先进的政治文化密切相关。中国共产党之所以能够在历史洪流中发展、壮大,一个关键的原因就在于它具有功能强大、独具内涵的政治文化。而这种独具特色的党内政治文化需要建构,更需要丰富发展。考察分析中国共产党党内政治文化建设的历史演进,有助于人们对党的十九大政治报告"把党的政治建设摆在首位"、"发展积极健康的党内政治文化,全面净化党内政治生态"的治党方略,进一步深化理解和正确把握;进一步加强和完善党内政治文化建设。
[Abstract]:Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out at the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee that attention should be paid to strengthening the construction of political culture within the Party and constantly cultivating the soil for a good political ecology. The political development and progress of a society are always closely related to the advanced political culture. One of the key reasons why the Communist Party of China can develop and grow in the historical torrent lies in its powerful and unique political culture. This unique political culture needs to be constructed and developed. An investigation and analysis of the historical evolution of the political and cultural construction within the Communist Party of China will help people to put the party's political construction in the first place in the political report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and to develop a positive and healthy inner-party political culture. The general plan of ruling the party by purifying the political ecology of the party in an all-round way, further deepening the understanding and correctly grasping; We will further strengthen and improve the political and cultural construction within the Party.
