【摘要】:正2017年5月18日,日本外务省下辖的国际问题研究所在其官网上公布了题为《中国的国内情势与对外政策》的研究报告。该报告的编写历时两年,其中专门针对习近平执政时期中国国内的经济政策调整、国企改革的推进、机构设置的情况,以及干部任用制度的演变等,逐章做了专题式分析,以期为日本的外交实践提供强大智力支持。其中,日本当代知名中国研究学者、东京大学教授高原明生承担了"中国干部任用制度的政治演
