【摘要】：领导干部作为全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面推进依法治国和全面从严治党的重要组织者、推动者、实践者,要自觉提高运用法治思维和法治方式深化改革、创新发展、管党治党的能力。全面依法治国和全面从严治党,必须抓住领导干部这个"关键少数",把广大党员干部的精气神引导到改革发展上来,真正实现党的建设和党的事业互促共进。
