【摘要】:干部干事创业改革创新积极性的内在驱动力取决于干部为政心理,容错纠错机制的建立,有利于保障干部干事创业的安全感,增强干部勤政作为的公平感,提升干部改革创新的激励感,从而对干部为政心理形成一种正向调节作用。
[Abstract]:The internal driving force of cadres' entrepreneurial reform and innovation depends on the cadres' political psychology and the establishment of fault-tolerant and error-correcting mechanism, which is conducive to ensuring the sense of security of cadres' entrepreneurship and enhancing the sense of fairness of cadres' diligent work. To promote the sense of encouragement of cadres' reform and innovation, thus forming a positive regulating effect on cadres' political psychology.
