【摘要】:正懒政怠政、为官不为是当前领导实践中一个比较典型和普遍的问题,影响很坏,群众意见很大,是当前加强党风廉政建设迫切需要解决的问题。一、懒政怠政、为官不为的主要表现形式懒政怠政、为官不为有种种表现形式,概括起来主要有以下几个方面。1.安闲度日不干事。当下有人调侃,当官有风险,用权需谨慎,不如图清闲。一些人认为,当"清官"太辛苦,不求造福一方,但求远离风险,没有组织授权,尽量不找事、少用权,多一事不如少一事,满足于混日子、注
[Abstract]:It is a typical and common problem in the current leadership practice that the government is lazy and the government is not doing anything. The influence is very bad and the masses have great opinions. It is an urgent problem to be solved to strengthen the construction of the party style and clean government. First, the main form of government laziness, not for officials for the main form of lazy government, officials do not have a variety of manifestations, summed up mainly in the following several aspects. 1. You don't spend your time at leisure. At the moment some people tease, officials have risks, power needs to be cautious, rather than idle. Some people think that it is too hard to be a "clean official", not to seek a blessing, but to stay away from risks, to have no organizational authorization, to try not to look for things, to use less power, to do more than to do less, to be satisfied with living in the middle of life.
