党的群众路线的形成发展和现实践行论略

【摘要】：以毛泽东为代表的早期党的创始人将马克思主义基本原理同中国革命实际结合起来,同我国古代民本思想结合起来,创造性地形成了独具中国特色的群众路线;随后其继任者邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛和习近平继承并根据不同时期党的奋斗目标对马克思主义群众观进行创新。新形势下,市场经济"双刃剑"、群众基础新变化和"四风"问题给践行党的群众路线带来新挑战。为此,新形势下践行党的群众路线,必须注重提高做好群众工作的能力;着力完善制度保障;夯实党的执政基础;创新发展方式方法。
[Abstract]:The founder of the early Party, represented by Mao Zedong, combined the basic principles of Marxism with the reality of the Chinese revolution and the ancient people-oriented thought of our country, and creatively formed a mass line with Chinese characteristics. His successors Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping then inherited and innovated the Marxist view of the masses according to the Party's objectives at different times. Under the new situation, the "double-edged sword" of the market economy, the new changes in the mass foundation and the "four winds" bring new challenges to the practice of the Party's mass line. Therefore, in order to practice the mass line of the Party under the new situation, we must pay attention to improving the ability of doing the mass work well, perfecting the system guarantee, strengthening the ruling foundation of the Party, and innovating the way of development.
