【摘要】：贯彻落实党的十八届六中全会关于全面从严治党的精神,关键是从重大理论认知上向以习近平同志为核心的党中央看齐。这就要求必须认清把坚定理想信念作为开展党内政治生活首要任务的理论根据,必须掌握把坚持全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨、保持党同人民群众的血肉联系作为加强和规范党内政治生活根本要求的相关理论,必须理解把提高党的领导水平和执政水平、加强和改进党的领导作为新形势下规范党内政治生活着眼点的相关理论。
[Abstract]:The key to implementing the spirit of the sixth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee on managing the Party in an all-round and strict manner is to bring it into line with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core from the perspective of major theoretical cognition. This requires a clear understanding of the theoretical basis for taking firm ideals and beliefs as the primary task of carrying out political life within the Party, and the fundamental aim of adhering to the principle of wholeheartedly serving the people. To maintain the flesh and blood ties between the Party and the masses of the people as a relevant theory to strengthen and standardize the fundamental requirements of the party's political life, it is necessary to understand how to improve the Party's level of leadership and governance. Strengthening and improving the Party's leadership is the relevant theory of standardizing the party's political life under the new situation.
