新官上任要接好“接力棒”

【摘要】：正有一些新官上任后,忙着"换频道":不管前任的思路有多么科学,不管前任的工作有多么扎实,一律重新洗牌、另起炉灶,忙着提出新思路、制定新规划、喊出新口号,以至于出现"李书记种树、王书记挖塘、张书记来了再填上"的现象。
[Abstract]:Some new officials are busy changing channels: no matter how scientific their predecessors' ideas are, no matter how solid their work is, they are reshuffling their cards, starting a new stove, busy putting forward new ideas, making new plans, shouting new slogans. That is to say, "Secretary Li planted trees, Secretary Wang dug ponds, and Secretary Zhang came to fill it again."
