从严治党必须筑牢党的细胞工程——学习习近平关于从严治党的重要论述

【摘要】：党员是党的肌体的细胞,从严治党务必筑牢党的这一细胞工程。这是因为党的先进性和纯洁性要靠千千万万党员的先进性和纯洁性来体现,党的执政使命要靠千千万万党员卓有成效的工作来完成。筑牢党的细胞工程,一要以严格的党员标准为尺度,二要以严肃的教育帮助奠根基,三要以严实的组织体系来整合,四要以严密的法规制度来规范,五要以严厉的监督执纪作保证。
