中国廉政建设的秩序向度逻辑——基于社会秩序变迁理论的探讨

【摘要】：在全面深化改革,经济发展与社会转型的关键时期,根治腐败顽疾,激发经济社会发展的新活力,是推进、完善国家治理现代化建设的题中之义。文章以近年来腐败案件和相关数据为支撑,运用诺思等人提出的社会秩序变迁理论框架考察了我国腐败的特征和廉政建设的具体路径。从社会秩序变迁的制度性理论范畴审视廉政建设的秩序逻辑,并结合中国的本土情况加以修正,以期为廉政建设提供理论参考与实践支撑。
[Abstract]:In the key period of deepening reform, economic development and social transformation, it is the key to promote and perfect the modernization of national governance to cure corruption and stimulate the new vigor of economic and social development. Based on the corruption cases and related data in recent years, this paper investigates the characteristics of corruption and the specific path of building a clean government in China by using the theoretical framework of social order change put forward by North et al. This paper examines the order logic of clean government construction from the institutional theory category of social order change and revises it in combination with the local situation in China in order to provide theoretical reference and practical support for the construction of clean government.
