十八大以来党中央反腐败思想和理念的重大创新

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央对反腐败思想和理念进行了一系列重大创新:一是强化监督的"无禁区、全覆盖、零容忍"思想和理念,坚持"老虎""苍蝇"一起打,有腐必反、有贪必肃;二是以标促本的"标本兼治"思想和理念,通过加大惩治力度强化"不敢",通过制度建设和体制机制变革强化"不能",通过党性修养和道德建设强化"不想";三是纪法分开的"把纪律挺在前面"思想和理念,要求党员干部把纪律挺在法律前面,用纪律管党治党;四是内外兼修的"德法相依"思想和理念,坚持依规治党和以德治党相结合、他律和自律相结合;五是协同推进的"净化政治生态"思想和理念,通过加强党的作风建设、严肃党内政治生活净化党内政治生态,通过党风带民风、民风促党风净化社会政治生态;六是久久为功的"永远在路上"思想和理念,通过抓"常"抓"长",将反腐败斗争进行到底。这些新思想新理念,指导和推动反腐败斗争取得丰硕成果、不断走向深入。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has made a series of major innovations in anti-corruption ideas and concepts: first, the ideology and concept of "no forbidden zone, full coverage, zero tolerance" that strengthens supervision.
