以“三个注重”强化领导干部经常性考核

【摘要】:正一是注重一贯表现,用制度紧盯干部的"行"。通过常态化采集、精细化分析、合理化运用等方式,及时录入、研判各类信息数据,构建"综合数据链",用大数据思维来考核评价干部,建立完善优秀干部"靠数据、凭业绩"自动生成模式和干部日常考核信息共享机制。积极开展面对面谈心谈话活动,多渠道、多层次、多侧面了解干部平时的思想工作状况,全覆盖、经常性听取干部相互之间的反映,听取群众的意见。
