“草根干部”上调后的心理适应困境及应对之策

【摘要】:正近年来,越来越多的地方基层干部通过选拔脱颖而出,陆续进入省市机关工作。这一干部选拔任用的新机制,有利于那些基层工作经验丰富、兢兢业业干实事的"草根干部"在更大的平台上发挥作用,也有利于提高国家政策在基层贯彻执行的针对性和可操作性。但是,由于"草根干部"的"草根性",他们在新的工作环境中进行工作角色转换时常常面临诸多的不适应,严重影响他们的心理健康和工作热情。因此,有必要对调至省市机关
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more local grass-roots cadres stand out through selection and gradually enter the work of provincial and municipal organs. This new mechanism for the selection and appointment of cadres is conducive to "grass-roots cadres" who are experienced in grass-roots work and conscientiously engaged in practical work, and play a role on a larger platform. It is also beneficial to improve the pertinence and maneuverability of the implementation of national policies at the grass-roots level. However, due to the grass-roots nature of "grass-root cadres", they often face a lot of inadaptability when changing their working roles in the new working environment, which seriously affects their mental health and enthusiasm for work.
