网络反腐暴力现象的防范与治理

【摘要】：网络反腐中的暴力作为社会暴力在网络上的延伸,无论其产生的动机如何,背后实际折射的是网民理性的缺失。如何将网络反腐真正纳入法治轨道,共同构建中国特色的反腐败制度体系,不仅倒逼着我国反腐体制和机制的创新,同时也考验着政府与网民双方的智慧。网络反腐作为反腐监督的一种手段,要最大限度地发挥其正能量,而不能仅凭直觉和社会义愤,必须采取措施规范其行为,消除夹杂其中的暴力现象。
[Abstract]:As an extension of social violence in network anti-corruption violence is reflected by the lack of rationality of netizens regardless of its motivation. How to bring the network anti-corruption into the orbit of rule of law and jointly construct the anti-corruption system with Chinese characteristics not only forces the innovation of the anti-corruption system and mechanism of our country, but also tests the wisdom of both the government and the netizens. Network anti-corruption as a means of anti-corruption supervision, in order to maximize its positive energy, but not only on intuition and social indignation, we must take measures to regulate its behavior and eliminate the mixed violence.
