“草根干部”的成长困境及突破策略

【摘要】:正近年,很多年轻人进入干部队伍中来,他们中的一部分人,或因来自农村或城市家庭,没有一定的经济支持,甚至家庭较为贫困,或因没有从政环境的熏染等因素,在与其他人的竞争中往往会暂时处于劣势,这些人即所谓的"草根干部"。这类干部如何尽快冲破其初时的成长困境,充分发挥其后发优势,需要认真研究和思考。一、"草根干部"的成长困境(一)眼界之困"草根干部"往往是具有较高文化水平和较强工作能力的青年干部,他们长期扎根在基层,虽能体会到民
[Abstract]:In recent years, many young people have entered the ranks of cadres.
