“两新”党组织党建工作的科学化探究

【摘要】："两新"组织党建工作的科学化是新形势下增强党的执政能力、密切党同人民群众联系、推动"两新"党组织健康发展、提高社会治理能力和水平的重要举措。系统总结"两新"组织党建工作开展的历史经验,深化对"两新"组织党建工作科学化规律的认识,是新时期实现"两新"组织党建工作科学化的重要借鉴。为此,要创新党建工作理念,树立科学管理理念、注重工作质量和效益理念、树立党员合法正当利益需求理念;制定和完善"两新"组织党建制度,制定立足岗位创先争优长效机制、建立落实主体责任奖惩分明机制、完善党性教育学习常态化机制;构建系统化的党建工作体系,建立党组织管理体系、建立全面从严治党新的理论体系和建立社会资源保障体系。
[Abstract]:The scientization of the party building work of the "two new" organizations is an important measure to strengthen the party's ruling ability under the new situation, to strengthen the party's contact with the masses of the people, to promote the healthy development of the "two new" party organizations, and to improve the ability and level of social governance. Systematically summing up the historical experience of "two new" organization party building work and deepening the understanding of the scientific law of "two new" organization party building work is an important reference for realizing the scientific work of "two new" organization party building work in the new period. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the concept of party building, establish the concept of scientific management, pay attention to the concept of work quality and benefit, set up the concept of legitimate and legitimate interests of party members, formulate and perfect the party building system of "two new" organizations, formulate a long-term mechanism based on post creation and strive for excellence, establish a clear mechanism of rewards and punishments for implementing the main body responsibility, and perfect the regular mechanism of party spirit education and study. To construct a systematic system of party building, to establish a system of party organization and management, to establish a new theoretical system of strict administration of the party in an all-round way and to establish a system of social resources security.
