摘 要

社会的道德状况一直都是社会各阶层关注的要点,教师的道德情况也是不容忽视的。当前小学教师是否已经认识到信息伦理道德的重要地位;如何唤起小学教师的信息伦理道德意识;如何提高小学教师的信息伦理道德水平,这些都是应该引起我们重视的问题。

在本研究中,笔者主要通过文献法、观察法、访谈法和问卷法对大连市小学教师信息伦理道德水平的情况进行了调查,从信息网络涉及的四个方面出发,总结出大连市小学教师信息伦理道德水平的现状。1.在系统软件、电脑文件的维护与运用方面,大部分教师对于电脑的硬件系统文件了解不足,但也会在使用时顾及是否会影响到其他教师;2.在网络信息方面,大部分教师对网络信息的理解都存在着偏差,对其利用方面也是差强人意;3.在软件方面,部分教师并没有持有正确的态度,对于保护自己合法权利的意识也不够强烈;4.在网络安全方面,教师们基本上都能够做到尊重他人的隐私,但涉及到他人的权益与安全问题时,大部分教师都没能表现出应该有的态度。

经过对调查结果的分析,笔者发现导致小学教师信息伦理道德现状形成的原因主要有以下几点:1.社会因素的影响:公民道德冷漠现象加剧;网络上的法律法规尚不完善;社会忽视教师职业道德建设。2.学校方面的影响:对教师的功利奖惩;教师培训方向出现偏差;部分学校教育经费不足。3.教师自身的因素:对信息伦理道德理解不深刻;部分教师对电脑网络有抵触情绪;在培养自身信息伦理道德过程中意志不坚定;教师知行不一致等。

针对以上原因,笔者尝试提出一些建议,以改善当前小学教师信息伦理道德的现状。在社会方面,加强全民道德意识;制定网络相关的法律道德规范;对教师的信息伦理道德培养给予政策与经济支持。在学校方面,改革对教师的评价机制;加强并创新对教师信息伦理道德的培训;重视对教师的示范教育与集体影响。在教师个人方面,自律与他律相结合;转变教师观念,正确对待网络信息;增加社会实践,做到知行统一。

本研究通过理论研究与实践调查相结合,尝试从教师的外显行为入手,对小学教师信息伦理道德现状进行系统研究,并提出切实可行的改善建议,希望能为教师本身,学校以及相关单位在今后的工作与生活上有所帮助。也希望能通过本研究引起社会各阶层对教师职业道德建设的重视,使教师更好地完成自己教书育人的使命。

Abstract

The moral state of society has always been the main point of all sectors of society.So does teachers’morality.We should pay attentions to that weather the Primary school teachers have realized the impotant role of the information ethics;how to arouse their awareness of the information ethics and how to improve it.

I surveyes the information ethical level of primary school teachers in Dalian by looking for literatures,observing and interviewing teachers and handing out questionnaires.I summed up the status of the information ethical level of them from 4 aspects involved in the information

network.Most of the teachers are lack of understanding of computer hardware system files,but they can also be used to take into account whether it will affect the other teachers.The majority of teachers have bias on the understanding of the netword information,whose utilization is also far from satisfactory.Some teachers did not hold the correct attitude to protect their legitimate rights.

After the analysis of survey results,I found the main reasons leading to the formation of primary school teachers in information ethics status are as following,strong moral indifference phenmenon,inperfect laws and regulations on the network,neglect of the teachers’professinonal morality,lack of funding for school education,moral training deviation for teachers,the resistance to the network information and so on.

For the above reasons,I try to give some suggestions.First of all,the government should give policy and financial support to teachers’training in information ethics,improve teachers’ evaluation mechanism.Second,strengh and innovate the teachers’training in information ethics, emphasis on teacher demonstrative education and collective impact.Third,change the teachers’ concept to make them correctly deal with the network informations,and increase their social practices,so that they can unity them to their knowledge.

I try to do a systematic study of primary school teacher in information ethics and moral status from the teachers’explicit behavor,and give some practical suggestions for improvement.I hope my research could help those that includ teachers,schools and other related departments in the future work.
