And all the enterprises are influenced by market economy. Most people, especially enterprises, think about production and development from the aspect of economic, not from the aspect of the relationship between enterprises and ethics. A series of actions influence not only self development, but also the development of the whole society. What’s more, they even influence the quality of natural environment. Nowadays our country’s developing goal is building a harmonious society, stepping forward harmoniously and developing economics better and faster. So as a major enterprises in the whole economic development, its social function can not be ignored. There are many relationships between enterprises and social development and both of them influence each other. Enterprises also expose many problems in the process of achieving economic fruits. The major problems are the immorality and ethic disorder in the process of enterprise production, allocation, exchange and consumption. This essay uses the research method of literature and multidiscipline and analysis of case and theory from the aspect of economics and ethics. This essay makes a lot of discussion and study about the ethic problem in the process of enterprise operation from the aspects of ethics, management and economics.
