In order to search a way to solve the energy source problem in rural areas of our country,we have investigated the concept of "Solar Energy Community (SEC)"[1] An agricultural production brigade near mountain area of Changping County,Beijing,is taken as an object of practical design.Village resource potentials for solar,wind biogas and hydraulic energy are estimated.The data of energy demands of this brigade are collected.Then we have composed energy flow network and mathematical model,solved them with the linear programming method by electronic computer for the optimization.A design project of "Rural Energy Supply Station (RESS)" is selected.Calculated from the capital cost the repayment period is about four years.This result demonstrates the practical appeicability of various types of RESS designed on the basis of "Solar Energy Community (SEC)" in vast countryside,mountain villages,pastoral areas,islands,remote and isolated regions where energy sources are rare.

为了探求解决我国农村能源的途径,我们对“太阳能综合体”作了进一步分析研究。本文以北京市昌平县靠近山区的一个农业生产队作为实施方案的设计对象,收集了该地区太阳能、生物能、风能、水力能等自然能资源和用能情况,按照系统工程原理和线性规划的方法,拟出了能流图和数学模型,用电了计算机进行了经济分析,具体选定了一个“农村能源站”的设计方案。根据一次投资计算,该能源站的投资四年可以回收。这说明在我国广大农村、山区、牧区、海岛等缺乏常规能源、交通又不方便的地区,利用“太阳能综合体”的概念和模型,按照各地区的实际情况设计出不同模式的“农村能源站”,这是有现实意义的。

An investigation was made with reference to the united business of agriculture, industry and commerce in Heilongjiang Province. The author, as a member of the work team, found that ideological confusion was an obstacle to the development of united business. Some ideas about the united business formed in the process of the investigation are put forward in the article to elicit discussion which might be helpful to reaching a unanimity of opinions. A united business of agriculture, industry and commerce is the union of agriculture with those kinds of industry and commerce which cooperate with agriculture at stages preceding or following it. Therefore the union of agriculture with other kinds of industry and commerce which are not related to the process of agricultural production should not be called the united business. Specialisation is the foundation for building up a united business. In general, agricultural production is least specialised in China, but still there are some highly specialised farm products, such as vegetables, fruits, etc. for which united businesses could be organized at present. Even if the production is specialised only at a low level, asmall amount of farm commodity may be collected into a large amount through horizontal union, then it would be possible to have vertical union, i. e. to develop industry and commerce cooperating with agriculture. How the united business and the people's commune exist simultaneously is a new problem in rural area. To some extent it is possible to integrate united dusiness with people's commune, and this possibility should be made the best of. As both of them have to keep their own characters, generally they are independent one another, and the integration is partial. The most important function of the united business is to develop commodity economy, as these industry and commerce which cooperate with agriculture are helpful to improving the circulation of farm commodity.

Nitrate and phosphate pollution are serious problem in rural area in north of Jaingsu province, China because of using a lot of fertilizer and discharging domestic wastewater. The solution is direct serious pollution spot's treatment of water body, monitoring and scientific fertilizing method according to soil composition as well as domestic wastewater treatment.
