佩弗的正义思想及其价值与局限

【摘要】：在解析马克思主义原著和剖析现实社会制度基础上,佩弗试图建构马克思主义"道德社会论",展现马克思主义正义思想。佩弗深受罗尔斯正义理论的影响,试图以马克思主义道德社会论为基础,将罗尔斯正义两原则发展为正义四原则,并根据变化了的社会现实不断完善为五原则和五原则的升级版。佩弗对马克思主义道德社会论和正义思想的建构,一定程度上深化了罗尔斯正义思想,丰富了马克思主义。但是,佩弗的理论高估了社会道德的反作用,消解了马克思的唯物史观、革命理论和阶级斗争学说,损害了马克思主义的权威。
[Abstract]:On the basis of analyzing the original works of Marxism and analyzing the realistic social system, Pefer tries to construct Marxist "moral and social theory" and to show Marxist just thought, which is deeply influenced by Rawls' theory of justice. On the basis of Marxist moral and social theory, the author tries to develop Rawls' two principles of justice into four principles of justice. In accordance with the changed social reality, it has been continuously improved into an upgraded version of the five principles and five principles. To a certain extent, the construction of Marxist moral social theory and just thought has deepened Rawls's just thought, However, Pefer's theory overestimates the reaction of social morality, dispels Marx's historical materialism, revolutionary theory and class struggle theory, and damages the authority of Marxism.
