【摘要】：以往的工程伦理研究的是传统意义上的人际伦理,指工程师的职业伦理,主要强调对雇主的责任。环境伦理的焦点在于讨论环境有没有内在价值。工程环境伦理突出了公众的利益和对环境的伦理关怀。现实情况表明,工程环境伦理作为工程伦理与环境伦理的交集有存在的必要性和可能性。从工程本身来说,工程是在特定的时空中存在的,它是人的有目的的活动,并通过与环境发生作用而得以存在。工程活动的各个阶段都会涉及到环境伦理问题,因此工程环境伦理具有过程性的特点。同时,工程环境伦理是境域性的存在,它受到各种自然因素和社会因素的综合影响。从责任主体来说,工程师是专业技术的掌握者,他们最清楚工程建成后的影响。作为专业人员,他们应该负起自己的那份责任。管理者或者决策者是“决策”的最终做出者,他们也具有不可推卸的责任,他们应该倾听不同的意见。一项“好”的工程需要工程师、管理者与公众、环境之间的对话,这样的工程将是对环境充满伦理关怀的工程。由于工程师地位的特殊性,强调他们的伦理责任与道德意识显得尤为重要。资格认证作为工程师从事工作的通行证,应该更加规范化。同时,工科大学生作为未来的工程师,应该提高自身的道德意识和实践能力。做好这三方面的工作,有助于自觉的工程活动的开展。只有尊重自然、关爱自然,工程才能顺利进行；只有打破主客二分的认识论,与自然对话,人类才能在自然中反观自身的行为；只有对环境充满伦理的关怀,才能更好地利用自然,实现人类的生态生存。
[Abstract]:In the past, the research of engineering ethics is the traditional interpersonal ethics, which refers to the professional ethics of engineers, mainly emphasizes the responsibility to the employer. The focus of environmental ethics is to discuss whether the environment is of intrinsic value. Engineering environmental ethics highlights the public interest and ethical concern for the environment. The reality shows that engineering environmental ethics as the intersection of engineering ethics and environmental ethics has the necessity and possibility of existence. From the view of engineering itself, engineering exists in a specific time and space. It is a purposeful activity of human beings and exists through interaction with environment. Environmental ethics is involved in all stages of engineering activities, so engineering environmental ethics has the characteristics of process. At the same time, engineering environmental ethics is the existence of environment, which is influenced by various natural and social factors. Engineers are the masters of professional technology, and they are the most aware of the impact of the completion of the project. As professionals, they should take their share of the responsibility. Managers or decision makers are the ultimate decision-makers, they also have an unshirkable responsibility, they should listen to different views. A "good" project requires a dialogue between engineers, managers and the public, and the environment. Such projects will be ethically sensitive to the environment. Because of the particularity of engineer's status, it is very important to emphasize their ethical responsibility and moral consciousness. Qualification as a permit for engineers to work should be more standardized. At the same time, engineering college students, as future engineers, should improve their own moral consciousness and practical ability. Doing these three aspects of work well will help to carry out conscious engineering activities. Only by respecting and caring for nature can the project proceed smoothly; only by breaking the epistemology of subject-object dichotomy and talking with nature can human beings reflect on their own behavior in nature; and only by showing ethical concern for the environment, Only then can we make better use of nature and realize the ecological survival of human beings.
