【摘要】：药物神经增强的伦理问题研究致力于反思药物神经增强带来的伦理问题及其对传统规范伦理学的挑战,属于神经伦理学的研究范畴。 药物神经增强是神经增强的一个分支,通常是指为了改善大脑功能而利用药物对人类进行的干预。包括使用兴奋剂提高人的体力或者集中力、记忆力、注意力、甚至智力,以达到认知增强、情绪增强和道德增强的目的。由于这些干预已经超过了维持或者修复身体健康的需要,而且,一方面对于健康个体而言,使用药物本身具有一定的安全的不确定性；另一方面,还带来了社会公正等一系列伦理问题,因而成为神经伦理学的研究对象。药物神经增强涉及安全性、个体自主性和社会公正等原则,围绕这些伦理原则追问该不该进行神经增强,对这一问题的回答实质是反思个体使用药物进行神经增强的行为,找出最适宜的原则。 文章首先厘清增强和治疗、神经增强、药物神经增强等概念,进而依据现有的神经增强研究的进展,概括归纳了用于神经增强的药物类型,在此基础上,分析了药物神经增强涉及的相关伦理问题,包括安全性问题、自主性问题以及社会公正问题等等。针对有关该不该进行药物神经增强的问题,提出应从实践智慧出发,遵循个性化处理的基本战略。建议构建药物神经增强的原则框架,但处理上还要具体问题具体分析。
[Abstract]:The research on the ethical issues of drug nerve enhancement is devoted to reflect on the ethical problems brought by drug nerve enhancement and its challenge to the traditional normative ethics, which belongs to the research field of neuroethics. Drug nerve enhancement is a branch of nerve enhancement, usually refers to the use of drugs to improve brain function in humans. These include the use of stimulants to increase physical strength or concentration, memory, attention, and even intelligence for cognitive, emotional, and moral enhancement. Because these interventions have exceeded the need to maintain or repair physical health, and, on the one hand, there is a certain degree of safety uncertainty in the use of drugs for healthy individuals, on the other hand, It also brings a series of ethical problems, such as social justice, so it becomes the object of neuroethics. Drug nerve enhancement involves the principles of safety, individual autonomy and social justice. The answer to this question is to reflect on the behavior of individuals using drugs to enhance their nerves. Find out the most appropriate principle. This paper first clarifies the concepts of enhancement and treatment, nerve enhancement and drug nerve enhancement, and then summarizes the types of drugs used for nerve enhancement according to the progress of the existing neural enhancement research, and then summarizes the types of drugs used for nerve enhancement. The ethical issues involved in drug neuroenhancement, including safety, autonomy and social justice, are analyzed. In view of the problem of drug nerve enhancement, it is suggested that the basic strategy of individualized treatment should be followed from practical wisdom. It is suggested that a framework of principles for drug neuroenhancement should be constructed, but specific problems should be analyzed.
