和谐社会伦理支撑的现实性考量——基于传统伦理维度的思考与启迪

【摘要】：关于和谐社会伦理支撑的研究成果已经十分丰硕,但从微观上看,这些研究缺乏可行性操作方案。正视伦理与道德的差异是和谐社会伦理研究的基本理论前提,中国传统社会"内圣外王"的人才选拔模式保证了伦理研究成果向现实社会践行模式的转化。在客观环境已经发生变化的当代中国,"圣"与"王"很难再次完美结合,"德制"即伦理制度是伦理研究成果向现实生活内容转化的唯一有效途径,中国传统伦理文化的诸多合理因子是伦理制度安排的主要内容,这既是现实的,也是可能的,更是必须的。
[Abstract]:The research on the ethical support of a harmonious society has been very fruitful, but from the microscopic point of view, these studies lack feasible operation plan. Facing up to the difference between ethics and morality is the basic theoretical premise of ethical research in a harmonious society. The talent selection mode of "internal, holy and external king" in Chinese traditional society ensures the transformation of ethical research results into the practical mode of real society. In contemporary China, where the objective environment has changed, it is very difficult to combine "Saint" and "King" perfectly again. "moral system" is the only effective way to transform the achievements of ethical research into the content of real life. Many reasonable factors of Chinese traditional ethical culture are the main contents of ethical system arrangement, which is not only realistic, but also possible and necessary.
