初任公务员财富伦理观研究——基于对海盐县88名初任公务员的调查分析

【摘要】：财富伦理观是社会核心价值观的具体表现形式,政务新生代的财富伦理观取向将直接影响政府在公民中的信誉和形象。初任公务员的财富伦理观如何,思想政治动态如何,将是未来干部教育培训理应关注的重点,也是提升干部教育导向性和实效性的有益参考。本文基于对浙江省嘉兴市88名初任公务员的调查,分析了当前初任公务员财富伦理观的现状和潜在问题,并提出了财富伦理观教育的创新对策及方法。
[Abstract]:Wealth ethics is the concrete manifestation of social core values. The new generation of government wealth ethics will directly affect the credibility and image of the government in the citizens. What is the wealth ethics and the ideological and political development of the newly appointed civil servants will be the focus of the future cadre education and training as well as the beneficial reference for improving the guidance and effectiveness of the cadre education. Based on the investigation of 88 newly appointed civil servants in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, this paper analyzes the present situation and potential problems of the wealth ethics view of the newly appointed civil servants, and puts forward the innovative countermeasures and methods of the education of the wealth ethics view.
