【摘要】:MY平安城市项目是MY市建设“和谐城市”,保障市民安全,合理高效实用绵阳警力,处理应急、突发事件的基础网络系统设施,本论文以MY平安城市项目为研究案例,依据所学项目时间管理知识内容,通过项目的背景介绍、启动部分、方案规划、施工和验收部分分别进行了时间管理的研究,其中重点对项目进度控制、变更管理等内容进行了细化分析,最后,将项目在整体实施过程中的资源、成本和质量进行了重点经验总结,分别梳理了关键执行步骤和关注点。 本论文通过理论指导实践,从实践中印证理论,在整体理论框架的指导下梳理MY平安城市项目的各部分的开展思路,从粗到细,逐步清晰,,尤其是项目案例涉及到市委市政府、市公安局、设备商、集成商、工程队、运营商、接入单位(整合单位)等多个角色和诉求,具备一定复杂性的特点,本文进行在各部分进行了专门的论述和总结,给类似项目和企业一进步优化项目管理提供了宝贵的基础资料和思路指导,形成了一套理论结合实践的MY平安城市项目实施范例。
[Abstract]:My Ping an City Project is a basic network system for building a "harmonious city" in my city, which ensures the safety of citizens, reasonably, efficiently and effectively applies to Mianyang police force, and deals with emergencies and emergencies. This paper takes my Ping an City Project as a case study, according to the knowledge of project time management, through the project background introduction, start part, program planning. Construction and acceptance part of the time management research, which focuses on the project progress control, change management and other content detailed analysis, finally, the project in the overall implementation of the resources. The cost and quality are summarized, and the key implementation steps and concerns are sorted out respectively. This paper through the theoretical guidance practice, from practice to confirm the theory, under the guidance of the overall theoretical framework to comb under the guidance of my Ping an City project of the development of ideas, from coarse to fine, gradually clear. In particular, the project cases involve many roles and demands, such as municipal party committee and government, municipal public security bureau, equipment manufacturer, integrator, engineering team, operator, access unit (integration unit) and so on. This article has carried on the special discussion and the summary in each part, has provided the valuable foundation material and the thought guidance for the similar project and the enterprise one progress optimization project management. Formed a set of theory and practice of my Ping an City Project implementation model.
