【摘要】:信息技术改变了人类的生存方式,也改变了消防工作的管理模式和运作程序,地理信息系统(GIS, Geographic Information System)在消防工作中的应用为消防火灾调度、指挥提供了极大的帮助。 消防工作与地理信息系统的结合是城市消防管理部门指挥调度的一种高新技术,为此能够建立快速、灵活、准确、详尽的相关信息查询并辅助消防人员进行灭火救援决策的系统,从而迅速、合理的调动消防力量实旋灭火救援,利用有限的人力、物力最大限度地减少火灾损失。论文结合GIS的空间数据库理论,在收集了相关原始资料基础上,基于对空间对象层次关系的描述和空间数据的分类,建立了面向对象的GIS空间数据结构,从而构建了城市消防空间数据模型。 论文主要研究内容包括:介绍了研究目的和意义,综述了消防作战与预警模拟系统国内外研究现状,简单介绍了MAPINFO和MAPX的基本内容;实现灵活的电子地图显示及专题信息查询功能;设计区别于传统空间数据结构的城市消防的GIS空间数据结构,实现了对消防的最优路径分析功能,增强了系统的空间分析能力;设计并实现消防信息的管理功能,包括消防信息的增加、修改和删除;为满足消防部门的消防监督要求实现重大危险源评估录入、动态添加。一旦发生火灾,消防信息(如火灾位置、火场周边情况)可以立即在消防信息系统中显示,并快速综合各种要素如消防队伍、消防装备等情况,辅助消防指挥员生成灭火方案,从而有效和科学利用消防资源,以最小的代价,最大限度地减轻人民生命财产损失。
[Abstract]:Information technology has changed the way of human survival, but also changed the management mode and operation procedures of fire protection work, GIS. The application of Geographic Information system in fire control provides great help for fire control and command. The combination of fire protection work and GIS is a kind of high and new technology for command and dispatch of city fire control department, so it can establish fast, flexible and accurate. Detailed and relevant information query and assist firefighters to fire rescue decision-making system, so as to quickly and reasonably mobilize fire power real firefighting rescue, using limited manpower. The paper combines the spatial database theory of GIS, based on the collection of related raw data, based on the description of spatial object hierarchy relationship and spatial data classification. The object-oriented GIS spatial data structure is established, and the urban fire-fighting spatial data model is constructed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the purpose and significance of the research are introduced, the research status of fire fighting and early warning simulation system at home and abroad is summarized, and the basic contents of MAPINFO and MAPX are briefly introduced. Realizing flexible electronic map display and special topic information query function; The GIS spatial data structure is designed which is different from the traditional spatial data structure, and the function of the optimal path analysis is realized, and the spatial analysis ability of the system is enhanced. Design and implement the management function of fire information, including the increase, modification and deletion of fire information; In order to meet the fire supervision requirements of the fire department to achieve major hazard assessment input, dynamic add. Once a fire, fire information (such as fire location). Fire site surrounding conditions) can be immediately displayed in the fire information system, and quickly integrated all kinds of elements such as fire fighting teams, fire fighting equipment and so on, to assist fire commanders to generate fire fighting plan. Thus, the fire protection resources can be used effectively and scientifically to minimize the loss of people's lives and property at the lowest cost.
