城市化背景下乌鲁木齐市维吾尔族流动人口问题研究

【摘要】：随着我国经济社会的快速发展与城市化水平的不断提高,人口的迁徙流动与民族的杂散居化程度加快将成为不可逆转的必然趋势,并将成为当前我国社会变迁中最为明显的社会现象之一。然而,城市作为多民族交往与多元文化交汇的场所,不可避免的会产生各种各样的民族问题,包括城市少数民族流动人口问题,如果不能得到妥善合理的解决,将不利于城市平等团结、互助和谐的民族关系的发展与构建,也会影响到城市经济社会稳定与发展大局。作为新疆主体民族的维吾尔族,主要分布在南疆农村地区,由于自身具有独特的传统文化习俗、历史、宗教信仰、生活方式、心理特征等,使其要想很好地融入城市的主流社会与文化,面临着很大的困境与挑战。本文以城市维吾尔族流动人口这一特殊群体作为研究对象,通过梳理其在乌鲁木齐市的演变历史,分析其在城市中的分布现状与结构特征、流动方式与动因等,并以典型社区为例,研究了该群体在城市适应中面临的各种困境,以及对城市的发展和稳定带来了哪些问题,最后以使维吾尔族流动人口更好的融入城市社会,构建维吾尔族流动人口与乌鲁木齐市之间的和谐关系为立足点,提出了解决维吾尔族流动人口问题、加强维吾尔族流动人口管理与服务的可行性、针对性的对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy and society and the continuous improvement of urbanization level, it will become an irreversible inevitable trend that the migration of population and the quickening of the degree of the scattered settlement of the nation. And it will become one of the most obvious social phenomena in the current social changes in our country. However, as a place where multi-ethnic communication and multi-culture intersect, the city will inevitably produce a variety of ethnic problems. Including the urban minority floating population problem, if not properly and reasonably resolved, will not be conducive to urban equality and unity, mutual help and harmony of the development and construction of national relations. As the main ethnic group of Xinjiang Uyghur mainly distributes in the rural areas of southern Xinjiang because of its own unique traditional cultural customs history religious beliefs. Life style, psychological characteristics, make it want to integrate into the mainstream society and culture of the city, facing great difficulties and challenges. This paper takes the city Uygur floating population as the research object. Through combing its evolution history in Urumqi, this paper analyzes its distribution status and structural characteristics, flow mode and motivation in the city, and takes typical community as an example. This paper studies the various difficulties faced by this group in urban adaptation, and what problems have been brought to the development and stability of the city. Finally, the Uygur floating population can be better integrated into the urban society. To build a harmonious relationship between the Uygur floating population and Urumqi as the foothold, proposed to solve the problem of Uygur floating population, strengthen the Uygur floating population management and service feasibility. Targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
