中国公民海外遇袭遇险原因分析

【摘要】：近年来中国公民海外遇袭遇险事件呈增长趋势,其原因在于:我国出境人数的大量增加、国际恐怖主义的猖獗、经济利益的冲突、文化传统习俗的潜在影响、社会骚乱等突发性事件的危害等。加强中国公民海外安全保护已成为我国急需解决的重要问题之一。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the incidents of overseas attacks and distress of Chinese citizens have shown an increasing trend. The reasons are: the large increase in the number of Chinese nationals leaving the country, the rampant international terrorism, the conflict of economic interests, the potential impact of cultural traditions and customs, Strengthening the overseas security protection of Chinese citizens has become one of the most important problems that our country urgently needs to solve.
