【摘要】：处置聚众闹丧事件的思考之一 :在处置前弄清事实真相 ,分清责任界限 ,确保处置的针对性是做好处置工作的前提。之二 :在调查研究的基础上 ,分析力量双方及可能出现的变化 ,有把握地处置是处置工作的基本思路。之三 :以政策法律为依据 ,处置态度要坚决是处置工作的基本原则。之四 :充分运用天时、地利、人和的优势 ,争取掌握处置主动权是做好处置工作的基本战略。之五 :依照程序处置是处置工作的基本方法。之六 :在党委、政府统一领导下实行统一指挥 ,协调动作是做好处置工作的基本保证
[Abstract]:One of the thoughts on how to deal with a mass funeral event: understanding the truth before handling the incident, distinguishing the limits of responsibility, and ensuring the pertinence of the disposal are the prerequisites for doing a good job of dealing with the incident. Second, on the basis of investigation and research, Analyzing both sides of the force and possible changes, the basic idea of disposal is to deal with it with certainty. Part three: based on policy and law, the attitude of disposition should be determined as the basic principle of handling work. The advantages of geographical location and harmony of people and striving for the initiative in handling are the basic strategies for doing a good job of handling. Fifth, handling according to procedures is the basic method of handling. Sixth, under the unified leadership of party committees and governments, unified command is carried out. Coordination of actions is the basic guarantee to do well in handling work
