未成年犯监内文化教育折射出的教育公平问题——基于上海、江苏两所未成年犯管教所的调查

【摘要】：未成年犯与其他同龄人享有同等的受教育权,但他们却是一个被忽视的受教育群体,他们在监内接受的文化教育与普通学校的学生有很大差距。本文基于江苏、上海两所未成年犯管教所文化教育状况的调查,从受教育权、教育资源配置、教育时间、未成年犯学习愿望四方面分析未成年犯所受教育与普通教育的差距,并就其中存在和引发的教育不公平问题作以探讨。
[Abstract]:Juvenile delinquents enjoy the same right to education as other peers, but they are a neglected educational group. The cultural education they receive in prison is quite different from that of students in ordinary schools. This paper investigates the cultural and educational situation of two juvenile education institutions in Shanghai, and analyzes the gap between the education of juvenile offenders and general education from four aspects: the right to education, the allocation of educational resources, the time of education, and the learning desire of juvenile offenders. This paper also discusses the problems of educational inequity caused by it.
