【摘要】:研究背景 颅脑损伤(Traumatic brain injury,TBI)是威胁人类生命的主要损伤之一。是临床病例及法医学活体伤害案件中较常见的脑外伤类型,约占全部脑损伤的75%。在美国,因颅脑损伤引发的费用,每年约300亿美元。颅脑损伤占美国人群死亡原因的第三位,是西方工业国家青少年死亡的首要死因。颅脑损伤已成为全球关注的严重的公共卫生问题。 我国尚未见这方面的权威统计报道,但是由于我国人口基数大,,况且随着交通和建设事业的不断发展,颅脑损伤的发生率逐年上升。颅脑损伤已成为威胁人们生命的主要原因。 长期以来,颅脑损伤的研究受到学者们的广泛关注,他们从不同角度对颅脑损伤的发生原因、生物力学机制、病理生理学、病理形态学及分子病理学变化等方面进行了广泛而深人的研究。实验动物模型的建立一直是认识和研究颅脑损伤病理机制与临床救治的一个重要组成部分。建立一个既能反映人类颅脑损伤的特点,又便于进行观察和施加处理因素的致伤模型,是我们长期以来寻
[Abstract]:Research background. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the main injuries that threaten human life. It is a more common type of brain injury in clinical cases and in living body injury cases of forensic medicine, accounting for about 75% of all brain injuries. In the United States, the cost of brain injury is caused by brain injury. Brain injury, the third leading cause of death in the United States and the leading cause of death among teenagers in industrialized Western countries, has become a serious public health concern worldwide. There is no authoritative statistical report on this aspect in our country, but because of the large population base in our country, and with the continuous development of traffic and construction, the incidence of craniocerebral injury has increased year by year. Brain injury has become the main cause of threatening people's life. For a long time, the research of craniocerebral injury has received extensive attention from scholars, they from different angles of craniocerebral injury causes, biomechanical mechanism, pathophysiology, The establishment of experimental animal model has been an important part of understanding and studying the pathological mechanism and clinical treatment of craniocerebral injury. One that can reflect the characteristics of human brain injury, The injury model, which is easy to observe and deal with, is what we have been looking for for a long time.
