警察查缉战术若干基本问题探讨

【摘要】：警察查缉战术是指警察在依法查寻、查核、搜捕、缉拿违法犯罪嫌疑人的过程中 ,在面临或可能面临武力冲突的情况下所采取行动的原则与方法。警察查缉战术具有区别于军事战术的特殊性 ;警察查缉战术的体系就是对各种形式的警察查缉行动具体战术的有机排列。新中国对警察查缉战术的研究大体经过从属研究、相对独立研究和独立研究三个阶段。研究原则包括 :理论与实践相结合、借鉴与独创相结合、动态开放性。研究方法包括 :个案剖析法、典型案例归纳分析法、比较研究法。
