劳教人员自信心及其影响因素的研究

【摘要】: 自信心(self-confidence),是指个体对自身行为能力与价值的客观认识和充分估价的一种自我体验,是个体对自己的积极肯定和确认程度,是对自身能力、价值等作出客观、正向认知与评价的一种稳定性格特征,是一种健康向上的心理品质。自信心是人格的重要组成部分,它影响着整个人格的健康发展。而劳教人员自信心是指劳教人员在劳教场所这种特殊的环境中,对自身行为能力与价值的客观认识和充分估价的一种体验,是一种有利于劳教人员改造和再社会化的积极向上的心理品质。在劳动教养场所中,自信心作为一种重要的心理因素,不但会影响劳教人员改造质量的提高,而且还有助于劳教人员解教后顺利回归社会、防止重新违法犯罪现象的发生。本研究从心理学与劳教干警管教实践相结合的角度,以劳教人员在劳教场所的实际生活为背景,采用质的研究和量的研究相结合的方法,从宏观和微观的角度系统地研究了劳教人员自信心的结构,并对其相关特点和影响因素进行了分析。 整个论文分为四个部分。 第一部分为“自信心的理论研究”。 第二部分为“研究的总体思路、研究的问题与研究意义”。 第三部分为“劳教人员自信心结构及影响因素的研究”,本部分由两个研究构成: 研究一为“劳教人员自信心结构的研究”。首先,本研究通过对劳教人员的开放式问卷及个别访谈结果的编码分析,从质的角度,在理论层次上探讨了劳教人员自信心结构的构成;其次,在开放式问卷、个别访谈的基础上,借鉴国内外理论研究成果,编制了“劳教人员自信心评定问卷”。该问卷具有较高的信度和效度。然后,进行实证研究,运用探索性因素分析的方法,从量的角度上进行实证分析,确定了劳教人员自信心的4个结构维度,即自我效能、自信体验、自我评价、自信认识。 研究二是“劳教人员自信心的相关研究”。这一部分依据劳教人员自信心结构,从自我效能、自信体验、自我评价、自信认识4个维度,分析劳教人员的年龄、性别、婚姻状况、罪错类型、文化水平、劳教次数、劳教期限和工作年限等因素对劳教人员自信心产生的影响,从而了解劳教人员自信心受到相关变量影响的情况,为将来进一步的研究提供理论依据。 第四部分为“综合讨论与结论”。在这一部分中,对上述三个部分,包括质的研究和量的研究,劳教人员自信心结构的研究,相关变量对劳教人员自信产生影响的研究等方面进行综合讨论,分析本研究存在的问题,并提出研究发展方向,最后得出如下结论: 1.“劳教人员自信心评定问卷”量表的编制符合心理测量学的要求,该问卷具有较高的信度和效度,可作为劳教场所对劳教人员自信心测评的工具。 2.探索性因素分析的结果表明,劳教人员的自信心结构由自我效能、自信体验、自我评价、自信认识4个维度构成。劳教人员的自信心受到其文化水平、婚姻状况、劳教次数、工作年限等不同因素的影响。
[Abstract]:Confidence (self-confidence), refers to the objective understanding of the ability and value of their own behavior and fully evaluate a kind of self experience, the individual is on their positive and the degree of confirmation, is on their ability and value objectively, a stable personality and positive cognitive evaluation, is a kind of healthy and upward psychological quality. Self confidence is an important part of personality, which affects the healthy development of the whole personality. While the Misdemeanants confidence refers to inmates places of detention in this special environment, a kind of experience and objective understanding ability and value for their actions and full valuation, is conducive to the transformation and personnel of reeducation through labor re socialization of the positive psychological quality. In place of reeducation through labor, self-confidence as an important psychological factors, will not only improve the quality of personnel of reeducation through labor reform effect, but also help The inmates of a smooth return to society after, to prevent the incidence of crime. This study from psychology and discipline of policemen of reeducation through labour practice aspects to inmates in places of detention of real life as the background, research methods of qualitative and quantitative, structure from the perspective of macro and micro system to study the Misdemeanants self-confidence, and the factors related characteristics and effects were analyzed.
The whole paper is divided into four parts.
The first part is "the theoretical study of self-confidence".
The second part is "the general idea of the study, the problem and the significance of the research".
The third part is "the study of the self confidence structure and the influencing factors of the workers in the labor education". This part consists of two studies.
A study on "Research on" confidence structure inmates. Firstly, this study based on the open questionnaire and interview results Misdemeanants encoding, from the view of quality, in the theoretical level of confidence which inmates structure secondly, in the open questionnaire; basis, individual interviews, reference the domestic and foreign research results, the preparation of the "Misdemeanants confidence questionnaire. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity. Then, empirical research, using the method of exploratory factor analysis, empirical analysis done from the perspective of quantity, identified 4 dimensions of Misdemeanants self-confidence, self efficacy, self confidence experience, self evaluation, self understanding.
Study two is "research" prisoners of confidence. This part on the basis of Misdemeanants confidence from structure, self-efficacy, self experience, self evaluation, the 4 dimensions of self understanding, analysis of inmates age, gender, marital status, crime type, cultural level, the number of inmates, affecting the detention period and work age and other factors on the inmates of self-confidence, self-confidence is to understand the Misdemeanants related variables influence the situation for the future and provide a theoretical basis for further research.
The fourth part is the discussion and conclusion. In this part, the three part, including the research of qualitative and quantitative research, self-confidence Misdemeanants related structure, variables which affect the Misdemeanants confidence of a comprehensive discussion, analysis of the problems, and put forward the research the direction of development, the final conclusion is as follows:
1., the scale of the self confidence questionnaire for reeducation workers meets the requirements of psychometrics. The questionnaire has high reliability and validity, and can be used as a tool for evaluating the self confidence of reeducation through labor institutions.
2., the results of exploratory factor analysis show that the self-confidence structure of reeducation workers is composed of 4 dimensions: self-efficacy, self-confidence experience, self evaluation and self confidence. The self-confidence of reeducation workers is influenced by different factors, such as their cultural level, marital status, number of reeducation through labor and working years.
